About Sorted

EVERY PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION

Sometimes it's about how you ask the question. Sometimes it's how you confront the options.

Whether it's just an adjustment to the path you are on, or a complete 180 in your journey, the right solution isn't always easy. But you'll recognize it when it starts to eliminate road blocks holding you back.

It starts with asking the basic questions about purpose, motivation, and value. You started this journey because you believed in adding value to something.

At the core, if you are still adding that value, then your clients should knock on your door.

If not, then can we sort that out?

Ask the right questions.

Look honestly at the answers.

Look for partners who can lift your service.

Build relationships and your community.

Ask for what you want.

Customers don't show up because you built it. They show up because they want what you have.

Let's get that sorted.

About Me

I like problems.

I like to think about problems, why they happen, and if there's any way to fix them. Or perhaps they aren't really problems at all.

I started digital marketing at a media agency in Saskatoon in 2012, and from there learned how to manage projects, manage people, and manage clients.

In 2018, along with 3 other coworkers, I helped start a digital media agency, which over time transformed into an app development company. I found a passion for solving problems in technology, from user experience design to the tricks of onboarding users and handling change management.

After leaving the company in 2023, I stepped up to learn about non-profit management as the executive director of an organic producer member organization. There I found a passion for solving the problems that face our farmers, and our food chain.

Each step on my journey taught me how to look at problems and step up to making decisions, for better or for worse.  Every problem has a solution. What's your problem and how can I help?
